Apparently the problem is something related to the sound that is preventing the game from opening, perhaps it is Dolby Atmos or a 7.1 surround driver.

I managed to solve it as follows:

I went to the sound device settings and changed the spatial sound to "windows sonic for headphones". With this option, my game works normally.

Aparentemente o problema é algo relacionado ao som que está impedindo a abertura do jogo, talvez seja o Dolby Atmos ou algum driver do surround 7.1.

Consegui resolver da seguinte forma:

Fui nas configurações do dispositivo de som e alterei o som espacial para "Windows Sonic for headphones". Com esta opção, meu jogo funciona normalmente.
