Adds a relatively simple bootprint system. It adds decals to MAT_SNOW or MAT_SAND on a 200 MS timer to help imitate stride. This networks to all players on the reliable channel. If this is an issue, just switch it to unreliable.

No, I can't make them fade away. These are decals. Not renderables. No, I can't selectively remove them.

Increase your decal limit.

You can put this on the serverside as your own addon, if you want to do that. Players still need to download the VTF's.
