Ok, this might hard for some people, but don't worry I'll walk your through every step (after opening the game).

Step 1:
Assuming you have a ♥♥♥♥, take your hand off it. C'mon man, the game hasn't even started yet.

Step 2:
Use your mouse (or trackpad (or wii remote)) to select "Start" from the main menu.

Step 3:
When starting the game, if it says "18+ patch uninstalled" then you've ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up big time. Close the game, open Steam, and get the 18+ dlc for the full experience.

Step 4:
Ok, now for the hard part: moving through the story. There are a few different methods, so use which one is best for you. Press the left mouse button, spacebar, or enter to continue. Now repeat this until you get back to the start menu.
