Craftable Seeds

Allows crafting of all seeds via Agricultural Table, including the unused Mushroom Seed but NOT the unused Crystal Plant Seed as they don't really have a use. (Someone else made a mod that restores them though: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1446653908 )

I know there's a mod that lets you do this already, but it uses a custom crafting table and stuff - I made this as a more vanilla friendly alternative for myself, but hopefully someone else gets some use out of it.
