Description
0-effort mod I did in 10 minutes (seriously writing this description took me longer than writing the script)

Replicates the effect of Sourcemod Plugin Black and White on Defib[forums.alliedmods.net] with VScript: Defibbed players come back in B&W with revive health, does not effect admin menu defibs.

As usual, the number of incaps, perm health when brought back and temp health when brought back can all be changed via editing the `BadDefibVar` in the script.

Default is 2 incaps (B&W vision), 1 perm health and 29 temp health (same as being revived).
