Also, this is a city I worked on for someone a couple of years ago that had traffic and industry issues. I just kept working it as well as renamed it. I removed the infinite money mod and worked to get it out of debt through carefully taxing everything until it started making money and I could add dlc industries and such. Now it is over 40,000,000 cimoleans in the bank.

I try to intermix different levels of buildings in an area. Yes, I got my skyscrapers, yet, I have some earlier levels of buildings. I think it adds some texture to a city.

Love the three and four story walk up in front of those tall buildings. Give a spacious look to the area.
