"Present" Error Model Reskin

This is a replacement for the "Error" model.

Instead of the default red "Error" that can be quite annoying and obnoxious, it is a gift "from the developers" that kindly says "I am an error, please fix me."

This was from a Sourcemod called "The Ship", and this in particular was extracted from the dedicated server files. (So it's not warez.) It just happens to work with garrysmod.
