Description
The short and sweet of it? This mod aims to improve the Flotsam Ninja's because I like the clan but there isn't much too them.

Date of last update: 6/17/25

---:Currently Changes:---
-New Flotsam Village layout, More buildings, More farms, More shops.

-Copper Resource Multiplier in 'The Hidden Forest' to x.35 from x.20

-Iron resource Multiplier in 'The Hidden Forest' from 1 to 2, while this seems big there isn't much there at all.

-VERY SLIGHTLY, I MEAN VERY- Changes the light in the Hidden Forest to be slightly darker.

-Changes altitude which you can farm at in the Hidden Forest, which allows those farms at the Flotsam Village to be used.

-Allows houses in the main village to be bought

-The Flotsam Ninja's are now have less food on demand, but I fixed their farms so it should balance out.

-The Flotsam Ninja's now have a justice system, police force, bounty setting, and more.

-Rarely you may now see a Hiver or Skeleton Flotsam Ninja.

-Moll is now a much stronger combatant.

---:Currently adds:---

-New character named Lann, 3rd in command of the Flotsam Ninja's. You can find them alongside Moll. An absolute savage in battle, be careful if you plan to take Moll down, as Lann will lay down his life to protect the Flotsam.

-Heavy Flotsam Ninja Patrols in the Hidden Forest, Consisting of 4 Flotsam High Jonin's and 2 Regular Ninjas

-High Assassin Rag's. Better version of the Assassin rags, worn by Heavy Flotsam Patrols.

-New Flotsam Ninja Start! (And Debug Start)

-New Sub-faction Flotsam Police. Beefier guards who can assign bounties for the Flotsam Ninja's.

-This also adds a Police station to the Flotsam Village.

-The Flotsam Ninja's are now Drug Farmers, later this will be used for them to make Medical Supplies en masse.

-Adds a Iron Mining Rig to the Back end of town, gives them sometime to use all that power on

-New Assassin Training Dummy. To get it check with the Flotsam HQ Vendor for the blueprints. You can't research it yourself!

-New Recruitable Character! Nasin the Thief!

Nasin didn't make it into the Flotsam but still wants to prove himself in battle. You can find him in the Flotsam Village hanging out in the bars, he's got a cheaper price than most recruit, but he couldn't dodge a turtle walking at him.

Several Changes/Updates have been made, View Change notes to see them.

Might work on a fix for CIExpanded will look into it.

Step house in back will be fixed next update, connecting FCS to building is still fogged in my memeory.

Dialogue from Holy Citizen Converts should be fixed as well

You cannot talk to the guard in the police station to pay bounties or turn in bounties, and the guards do not release you from the cell once you have served the bounty.

I have one suggestion can you make the flotsams stronger the sheks can wipe out a whole military troop of flotsams fairly regular( I have to be constantly helping to protect blister hill for them)

I'm guessing this has issues with the city infrastrucure expanded mod, as I appear to be getting 2 different versions of flotsam overlayed on top of each other lol.
Mod looks great but probably can't use unless we get a compatibility patch; great work though!

Hi. What about the step house at the back? It is empty with no interior and can also not be bought, sadly.

@Mmmbananaboat It's due to the recoloring of Hidden Forest's Index color in FCS, Just revert it back to original and that should fix it :steamhappy:

, hi is it possible to mod the flotsams stronger, I always aline with them and when I kill the leaders of HN, flotsams take over Blister hill, but I have to continually fight for them as they are not much stronger than the bandits and just under the holy nation in a fight, and most of their fighting is with HN bands and shek when they attempt to fight them. I build guns on top of my strgetic buildings,but they more often than not refuses to use them

Hello, i am trying to use the fcs for make the Flotsams atack a faction from the UWE "Highlanders" that are slavers, ¿Is that posible?

This mod breaks the zone, I had a base in the hidden forest but now its all 0% fertility and the copper and iron nodes are all 10%. I tried a new game without any mods just to check and still there's nothing. The game even says I am not in any zone when i go to the hidden forest. Even the farms inside the Flotsam settlement have 0% yield and the type is arid instead of green.
