Elaborate Fan

The first one you find when you take control of Clara Reed. It's on Silas's airship, right outside of the bedroom on the bar.

Ugly Fan

Sorris Square - The Bell Jar. Received from Souri, the front desk clerk. Apparently Tenor has terrible taste.

Cheap Fan

Tenter Street. Purchased from Anselina in the Curio Shoppe for 1s.

Dolores's Brisé Fan

Red Lantern Lane - the laundry. Received from Dolores after helping her with her conundrum in "By A Thread"

Arianna's Fan

Sorris Square - between the market stalls. Received from Arianna if you help her talk her way out of a tangle with a police officer in Chapter 5.

Golden Fan

Beggar's Alley - The Velvet Rose. Received from Beatrix if you picked up peanut candy from Nandi while getting Beatrix her pills.

Mythical Fan

Red Lantern Lane - the Red Lotus. NOTE: You must retrieve this when you have control of Atticus as Clara is not allowed in the opium den. Also, Atticus cannot retrieve this during his first visit to the Lotus in Chapter 1, he must return another time.
There is an opportunity at Braxton Manor for Clara to apologize to Atticus. If so, Atticus will give her the fan.

Artist's Fan

Braxton Manor - at the party. Given to Clara by Tessica upon speaking with her in the drawing room.

How often do we have to talk to Tessica / Calvin ? In chapter 2 no chance to even see Tessica, in a later Clara episode, we can talk - but is that the only occasion? I had talked with them on the occastion in the Paladium, but didn't get the fan.

Don't remember, at the moment I'll wait for information on the last missing achievements (tarot, dark dimensions) before restarting. Thank you for your help =)

Did you talk with Tessica and Calvin Quill in Sorris Square a few chapters previous? There's a hint in their dialogue that Tessica and Calvin know that Clara is planning on leaving. I am not positive that that is the trigger though - will update if I can confirm.

Talked to Tessica in Chapter 14... didn't get a fan, so there is something you need to do before. I didn't buy the painting with the dwarf, so that maybe the reason. I think I tried talking to every other guest before her and tried all dialogue options, fixed the bird... It's the only thing I can think about.
