Migration
I can not stress this enough, migration makes the game WAY more fun!! Basically, you travel to new biomes every season switch(Yes, Spring and Summer have differences, The game starts in winter, so you start traveling in spring. There are different things that float around the air based on season). Some of the ones I recommend are below!

This is the main one I do. You start off going to the Tundra, then you go to the mountains in Summer, and then you go to the starting area in Autumn/winter. A handicap for this one is that if you're still in the mountains/tundra/lake during Winter, you can not hunt unless things like foxes, eggs, or hawks attack you. This means that you'll have to plan when you head off to the starting area very carefully!

A more difficult but also more simple one is that you're in the Tundra the whole game, but then go to the lake for Winter. Same as the one above, you can't hunt during Winter unless you're in the lake.

And now, by FAR the most difficult one, is that every season you switch biomes. Like the two above, you can only hunt if you're in the correct biome for the season. For spring, you're in the main biome. For summer, you're in the Tundra. For autumn, you're in the mountains. And for winter, you're in the lake.
Deaf lynx
I do this one a lot whenever I'm doing way too good at the game and not losing any babies.

The rules are really simple, basically you just turn all your audio completely off and try to let your babies live! This one is difficult because you can't hear things like foxes and hawks when they're attacking, especially difficult for foxes since you'll have to keep your babies very close.
Tundra survivor
This one is also rather simple, but it has some other important things that make it really difficult.

Basically, you spend your whole life in the Tundra, but you also can't use rabbits to stop the wolves from attacking you. This one also obviously has to be paired with Survival mode so that you have to carry your babies up the plateaus slowly. You also have to stay on the move, no camping a single plateau to stay safe!
Gendered babies
This one is one that I do probably the most out of all of these. Basically, you pick two babies to be males, and you can not continue your family tree with the boys. You need to have at least one female alive to pick for your continued family tree!

This will make the game a bit more realistic, and you don't need to have two males and two females either! You could have one female, or 3 depending on how difficult you want your game!
