Venom

The infamous villain from Marvel's Spider-Man swings into Smack Studio! Venom is a heavy-weight character with slow but hard-hitting attacks and access to crowd control to stun and get closer to his opponents. This character also uses his iconic MvC animations.

MOVESET:
NEUTRAL SPECIAL: WEB TRAP
Venom shoots a web projectile that briefly stuns the first enemy it makes contact with.

SIDE SPECIAL: Venom Fang
Venom morphs into a monstrous fang that leaps forward in an arc to strike any enemy in his path.

UP SPECIAL: WEB SWING
Venom latches onto a line of web above him to swing up and forwards.

DOWN SPECIAL: VENOM RUSH
Venom creates a monstrous mass of striking fangs below him that slightly travels in the facing direction before attacking.

NEUTRAL ULTRA: VENOM WEB
Venom leaps into the air and forms a large web around him, stunning enemies caught in the web, and then he rapidly launches a barrage of attacks to any enemies in front of him.

NOTES:
- Venom has a very weak recovery to compensate for his high attack hitboxes, low knockback, and damage

KNOWN BUGS:
- Venom's sprite shifts slightly at the start of a match (this is due to the frame offset not adjusting itself at the immediate beginning of a match)

FUTURE UPDATES:
- Will be tuned in the future for balancing, specifically his weak recovery and animation frames may be adjusted (this is my first time making a heavy character)
