Bad FPS on good PC fix

Have a top-of-the-line PC that doesn't run CS2 smoothly? Do you hit 300+ FPS but the game still feels choppy and unresponsive? Or maybe your PC isn't so great but the game just feels.. off?

Okay so this used to be a huge paragraph but literally just turn on VSYNC. Sucks, but for some reason it fixes the issue.
