Halo 3 Warthog Turret Sounds for Minigun (600 RPM)

Replaces the gunfire, wind-up and wind-down sounds of the Minigun with that of the M41 LAAG (Warthog's machine gun turret) from Halo 3.

I realized after posting this that the AIE-486H (mounted machine gun) and M41 LAAG (Warthog gun) have two very different fire rates, this one matching the mounted gun's 600 rpm and the Warthog's being 900, so I made a third version that properly matches the Warthog's fire rate, but still slower than L4D's minigun, shooting at 1500 rpm.
