Part of my mod series that tries to sort better the building menu.

This mod creates a new building category at the Build Menu named: 'FURNITURE - Torture'.

Changes done:
* Spiked Cage, Prisoner Pole, Peeler Machine were moved there.
* Moved Death Still there.
* Moved the Crucifix there.
* Renamed 'CMDS_DrillMachine' to 'Drill Machine' and tweaked description.
* Renamed 'CMDS_HangPole' to 'Hang Pole' and tweaked description.
* Renamed 'CMDS_Hook' to 'Hook Pole' and tweaked description.
* Renamed 'CMDS2_BioTank(CageMode)' to 'Bio Tank (Cage)' and tweaked description.
* Renamed 'CMDS2_BioTank(HealMode)' to 'Bed: Bio Tank' and tweaked description.
* Renamed 'CMDS2_CannivalTbl(cage)' to 'Cage: Cannibal Table (Cage)' and tweaked description.
* Renamed 'CMDS2_InvisibleLeg (right)' to 'Bio Tank Invisible Leg (right)' and tweaked description.
* Renamed 'CMDS2_InvisibleLeg (left)' to 'Bio Tank Invisible Leg (left)' and tweaked description.
* Renamed 'CMDS2_BioTank_HeadGear' to 'Bio Tank Headgear' and tweaked description.
* Renamed 'CMDS2_HumanMod1' to 'Bio Tank Exposed Body Entrails' and tweaked description.

Do you need to have ALL of the required mods for this to work? I ask because I dont wanna use the Death Still but this categorization seems really helpful!
