Dominator Portable Psychological Diagnosis and Suppression System from Psycho/pass

The first version of the mod contains 2 types of dominator - standard dominator and red dominator.
In future versions I want to add:

Paralyzer mode
Animations of different modes (off, locked, paralyzer mode, lethal mode, destroyer mode)
Context menu for managing modes
SFX vith voice for various switching modes
Target designator
Assault Dominator
