Remove GUI Window Position Restrictions

Description
Now you can drag and drop GUI windows on top of each other without any restrictions

This is a cheap temporary solution to this issue [github.com] until the :barodevs: come up with a better one

Also added drag handles to sonar control frames, they doesn't really work, if you mess it up use resetsonarframes command

This mod works nicely with the "Lua Linker" mod (allowing you to link cabinets in-game)

Even without it, this is great, thank you.

So far this is perfect, thank you so much. If I may ask, is there any way to add one of those gears with the lock function to it like other windows have as well?

try now, mb it'll be enough

I'm sorry, I misunderstood what this mod did. As for your guess that you could make all frames movable, I'll be honest, I just want to unclutter my screen a little when steering the sub. My sub has a window where the control terminal is so that one can see out, but with all the windows that pop up when you take control of the sub, you can't even see out the window at all. I catch rare glimpses of fights outside the window but it is blocked for the most part. I was hoping this mod would have let me fix that. Should you ever decide to make a mod like that, please let me know, it would really make my day.

It removes check for intersecting frames
It's matters when playing with barocraftables and lua linker because you often place and link 2 cabinets to a fabricator, and there's not enough place on screen for 3 frames
Bruh, i guess i can make all frames moveable, but i doubt you'll like it

Yeah I know that, that's why I got this mod... everything else is already movable so what does this mod actually do then if not that...?
Nupaska  [author] 4 May @ 9:39pm
Iirc they never were movable

I cannot move the speed/depth window, the passive/active sonar window, or the manual/auto steering window.
