why was it created?

the beginning of an idea like this

in 2021, I found an old laptop that had been lying in the closet since 2014, and when I restored it and launched the steam version of Cry of Fear, I was horrified by the low fps of 10 frames per second, so I decided to write this cfg, over time this file changed, and here is one of options for this configuration that works stably))
