a local workshop add-on manager built in steam

right click > Properties > Workshop

you can load and unload different addons, using the filters or,

under show advanced option

load and unload add-ons using collections

(asking steam to be able to load add-ons by groups, locally)

benefits and possible use cases

reduce loading time in games like for example gmod, skip in the mounting/unmounting wait
