TLDR: Buy Rocket Launcher on 3rd/4th night. If playing in coop, run for about a minute to spawn enough zombies. Try to amass them in a group. If not enough, let your 2nd player just take damage.

Descriptive description

Buy the rocket launcher as early as you can (just start a new game, don't try to do it later on). This way, all zombies will be low HP and good for 1 or 2-shot. Remember, you don't have to buy ammo, killing zombies with pistol will drop some.
AoE damage is reduced further away from explosion, this is why it won't work at later nights
Spend your skill points on extra HP
Run in a circle until enough zombies are following you. Slow down fastest zombies by shooting them with pistol
Run into the zombies, allow them to hit you while they are coming closer to you from all sides
Shoot once or twice for the achievement!
