I found the last cavern secret I was missing. It was on the roof that goes to the golden shotgun, you go straight after climbing up onto that roof, and then check the edge in front of you for just a little something sticking above the edge, where there's a statue and the secret below. Once you know it's there it's pretty easy to find.

The missing tower secret is early on, in the first room with enemies. As you pass under the red and black arch with the silver-grey inner bricks, look at the ceiling ahead of you. Located between two vertical mirrored stripes, there will be a cubbyhole in the ceiling, with a dim orange glow emanating from within. Where the last cavern secret is, I have no idea. The one I know about that is missing in this guide is within a hole in the round cavern walls in the tracked area. You can access it after you beat the room where the floor drops out, near one of the switch areas near the tracks, and before you open the big door that opens to the room with all the evenly-spaced platforms and jump pads on a grid.

2nd Bastion Secret is found in arena with the train tracks, just takes some parkour. I can send a ss if you'd like but if you go to the train track arena and then turn around, there's some terrain jutting out to the right and a blue glow, that's where it is.
