Description
for some reason, dark carnival remix maps 2 and 3 don't use the whisperingoaks population, and it completely ruined my immersion. this mod fixed that.

install this before dc remix

I too relized that those chapters didn't use the WO population. and it felt so empty without them. thanks for making this mod.
