Increased Naval Zone of Control

Description
I saw somebody on reddit describe this mod a while back, but to my surprise did not find it in the workshop. So I decided to make it myself.

It basically increases the Naval "Zone of Control" (Red circle around your ships), maybe triples it.

This allows you to very easily defend your coastlines from lonely 1-ship fleets sneaking past your fleets and causing you huge monetary damage by blocking a port. These are a pain to catch and really annoying, especially since they just flee. Now they will have to fight you if they want to pass.

The circle also counts as reinforcement range. This is unintended, but I'm pretty happy with the result.

Armies on land are not affected.

It should affect all campaigns, though I have never tested it on ROTS.

Cheers,
Vandal

WARNING: I have noticed, that this mod causes crashes during the opponent's turns. What happens is, that the fleet ZoC is so big, that it sometimes overlaps with cities on land. When such a city is captured by a hostile force, this causes a crash, as there is no scripting for the fleet to move out of its zone.
Simply disable the mod for a turn if it happens.

@CN_Vandal☣

Would you mind if I would do the "nerfed" version? I would of course credit you :)

ahhh yeah - i know what you mean, it was unintended, but I actually kind of like it. It feels realistic to me. A bit like a naval ambush. I hope it is not a big problem for you, I don't plan on changing it.

@heymlich

Current zone of control radius value is 18 compared to vanilla's 6, so the ideal 2.5x variant would be about 15 right?

I can make one such version.

I like this one, but there is a little problem with it:

Because the size of the control zones is larger than the sight radius of a ship, ships will move inside an unspotted enemy ships control zone and get trapped there.

I think, reducing the control zones from 3x to 2.5x the original size will solve the issue.
