Mod's function

A simple fix for tank to make the rock thrown by tank more likely hit the survivors who are far away from it.

Modify values of game

Convars.SetValue( "tank_throw_loft_rate", "0.015" );//default ".01"
Convars.SetValue( "tank_throw_max_loft_angle", "90" );//default "30"
