Later, the headquarters of the new Soviet strategic special forces and a branch of the new Soviet army became a rogue military force. Originally a pro-party, they soon became the second opposing faction. The real purpose of KCCO is to tear up the peace treaty between the new Soviet Union and the pan-European Union, reignite World War III, and make the new Soviet Union the final victor of the war. Their plan was foiled by the National Security Agency and Griffin PMC.
