Still broken. Crashing when trying to reference City Lights and Maritime Sea Sectors districts when those mods aren't loaded.

Usually mod problems are in one of three:

Database.log for SQL problems
Lua.log for UI problems
Modding.log for general mod load issues

I'm in "AppData\Local\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization VI\Logs", but which file is it? This is my first time doing this

If you can share any errors in your log files, or can track down the specific mod this doesn't work, I will investigate.

On my end, the game crashes when starting a new campaign while this is active. Don't know if it's an incompatibility with another mod of mine. Yes, Suburban Roads is enabled and works fine.

This mod adds support for Diplomatic Quarters, urban Boroughs (from "City Lights"), and Arsenals(from "More Maritime: Seaside Sectors") to the "Suburban Roads" mod.
