On day 6 you will get the option to choose between taking pills or not taking them while writing in your diary. Choose not to take them by picking the picture with the crossed out pills.
Complete the game and you will get the good ending.

In one of the rooms of the basement you will find a tablet in a corner. You can play the "Freerunner Game" on it. Beat all of the 30 levels and you should get the achievement.
(Maybe pick up the tablet again after beating the 30 levels if you didnt receive it yet)!

@gg27 but then is just the players beating the game. Why is the guide not helpful? The guide is factualy correct, so then it is helpful for the ones who want help.

honestly not very helpful. players who want achievements will normally beat the game, then seeing how the decision affected what happened, go back and choose the other decision. most players will also naturally assume you get an award for beating the mini game.
