Installation
Before you can do anything, you need to install the game. Well you need to buy it too, but other than that this has everything you'll need to open Garry's Mod in an unconventional way.

So, to install the game, go to your Library > Garry's Mod. It should have a white letter "g" in a blue background.

Once you've found it, click INSTALL > Choose a drive to install it on > click "Install"

That's 1 Step out the way.
Opening the game
Now we have it installed, we can open it. In an unconventional way. Of course.

So first we need to access the files. There's 3 ways to do this, 2 easy, 1 hard. I'll just do the easy ones, not the hard one, as it's, well, hard.

So first locate Garry's Mod in the library. You should see a massive "PLAY" button. But oh, don't click that as that is too conventional.

Instead, right click on where it says Garry's Mod in the library. then, you can either:

1. Right Click > Manage > Browse Local Files

OR

2. Right Click > Properties... > Installed Files > Browse...

Now, you should have File Explorer opened if you followed the steps correctly...

Now, you should see lots of files like "FactoryReset-GMod.bat" or "chromium.log" but don't touch them.

But you should also see a file called "hl2.exe" and it should have a "g" in a blue background. This, my friends, is the wonderful world of Garry's Mod. So, like, click it twice to open it in an unconventional way.
