Dr. Schuster: "Edward, are you sure you got the electric gun installed?"

Dr. Edward: "Yeah, yeah. How could I not have installed it?"

Dr. Schuster: "Well, then, we'll start her up."

(machine roaring)

W-DG-2 Girl: "Hello, Dr. Edward, what can I do for you, if I may?"

Dr. Schuster: "Great, it worked! Our efforts were not in vain."

Dr. Edward: "Yeah, well, little girl, you can go play now."

W-DG-2 Girl: "Yay! "(Running away happily)

Despite the fact that East Griffin Base was located on the moon, the incident came to Waylon's unspecified attention, and he was horrified to discover that East Griffin Base's technology had surpassed that of Mimi Sentry.co. Since then, the U.S. military's attitude towards East Griffin has become worse and worse, and finally in 2003, the U.S. military stopped all support for East Griffin, and a few months later, Dr. Edward had to declare the Griffin program bankrupt and stop all research until 4001.

France is heavily being invaded so does Switzerland and half of Germany by the cyborgs.But the German military thought of Dr. Edward, the German officer who survived the events of group 935, and so all of Europe sent a distress message to East Griffin, and Dr. Edward saw that not going wouldn't work, so he chose to go with ANDUNYE to fight off the invasion of the world by Cyborg mimi and her allies.
