You will be downloading something to your PC at your own risk!

1. Run the game once and close it.
2. Download the Language Pack[www.joseahfer.com].
3. Extract the contents of the "language" folder in the game path, in the "language" folder, replacing all.
C:\Program files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Populous 3\language
4. Now, in the zip file, go to the folder of the language you want.
5. Extract the "installScript.vdf" file into the main path of the game, replacing it.
C:\Program files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Populous 3
6. Now run the .reg file and apply the changes.
7. Start the game, have fun!

@mielczarek90 works fine on my end, try to run "directplay.cmd" in the game folder as administrator (and wait a bit until it closes by itself) and start the game again.
