Officer Francis - New Orleans Styled

This is a reskin for my fixed version of Officer Francis. It uses textures published by Vinnie. The patch and the badge don't actually say New Orleans, they still say Pennsylvania. Tbh, I was too lazy to change the text on them, since I only really care about the color palette.

This contains nothing but the textures. Make sure to also subscribe to the model
