Tactical FN SCAR-L (replaces SCAR/"Desert rifle")

This is the "Scar silence", but with the following changes:
• removed muzzle flash (because the rifle has a silencer, you baka);
• implemented muzzle effects from Legacy Particles Support (more realistic shooting with a silencer);
• removed the ugly folded iron sights (also to make the model lighter in terms of polygons, which is always welcome for an old engine);
• reworked the holographic sight glass texture, so now it is crystal clean and the reticle is green instead of red (and it is glowing!);
• fixed the holographic sight texture (the part with "ON/OFF" was inverted: "ꟻꟻO/ИO");
• fixed the flashlight and laser sight not working for w_model/third-person view model/the model you see lying on the ground or in the hands of your teammates (its parameter line had the same name as the muzzle flash one and also had wrong rotation coordinates);
• added a HUD icon (works without scripts!).
Totally unrealistic shooting sounds that are not going to damage your hearing are included
