I noticed the game didn't have a dedicated disable inverted flight/star-fighter controls option for flying and that sucks, Assuming its just an oversight and they forgot

If you have a controller you can turn inverted star-fighter flying off and use a mouse

Basically with the controller plugged in go to the settings, Controls, Starfighter controls, then game pad at the bottom of the screen, Then you can change the preset at the top left from Obi-wan to Anakin with the controller, for some reason it wont let you change it without using the controller, Then you can unplug the controller and fly normally once again :D
