The Ultimate Guide to the Big Oil Reactor Puzzle

Lets start

We all know that day 2 of big oil brings the puzzle of the reactors that must be done by looking for the clues to get the real reactor out, but since the vast majority does not know how to solve them, I will explain them to you.

capsule color: when searching for the capsule clue it will surely give us 3 versions that are

helium
deuterium
Nitrogen

These 3 have 3 different colors and in the basement on a blackboard we can see that these 3 capsules have 3 colors to identify them.

deuteurium is blue
helium is green
nitrogen is yellow

The capsules will always be next to the reactor on the table and not to be confused with the large blue capsule that has the hoses connected.

I will give you an example: you find the notebook and it tells you that it is deuteurium, you go down to the basement and check the blackboard and it will tell you that deuteurium is a blue capsule, with this you will be able to identify which reactor it could be.

The cables:

In the same notebook from day 2 we can find that a word that is H will be written down and they may be different, these are

h
Hx2
Hx3

These 3 H's tell us how many cables the reactor has connected,

For example: if it says only H it means that it has 1 cable connected, if it says Hx2 it has 2 cables and if it is Hx3 it has 3 cables. These cables have nothing to do with the colored capsule, these cables are connected to the large blue capsule that will be standing on the floor.

example: if the folder says Hx2, go to the basement and look for a capsule where it has 2 cables connected, even so, this example will explain it better.

PC number: In the basement we will see that we will have several PCs, a PC in its upper right corner will find a number that can be

>5783
<5812

These 2 numbers are important and I will tell you what they are for.

If the PC dials the number >5783 it is because the reactor pressure is more than 400

If the PC dials the number <5812 it means that the reactor pressure is less than 400

Keep in mind that never, ever the pressure will be only 400

The pressure: The last step is to know the pressure of the reactor, all reactors have a needle that marks their pressure and we must see if it is correct at the pressure indicated by the PC.

With all this I will go on to give a complete example: In the first folder I find it tells me that the large capsule has 2 cables connected

In the other folder it tells me that the small capsule is deuteurium and I assure myself that deuteurium is a blue capsule.

On the PC it shows a pressure of >5783

We will look for a reactor that has the characteristics that I mentioned, 2 cables connected and the small capsule is blue.

When we find a reactor with these similarities we will see the pressure needle that the reactor has, if the needle marks more than 400 it is the real reactor and we can take it, if the pressure is less than 400 it is not the real one even though it has the characteristics of the 2 cables and the blue mini capsule

This is the best explanation I can give you of the easiest puzzle in the game. I hope it helps you to make it easier for you to play on day 2.
