Originating from the first reboot of the Modern Warfare series, COD16, this game has undergone magical modifications to the real-life Makarov pistol, allowing it to shoot fully automatically while also being able to install a Drum magazine with a capacity of 81 rounds. It is truly Activision and always manages to make some incredible innovations!
