Launch a full scale attack into the area and take down Nods Stronghold, once destroyed you must head through the Canyon to the East Starting from the South and head North, Somewhere in that Canyon lie's a Black Hand Colony, Destroy it but watch your fire incase you come across any abducted Civilians.
