1. Go to any map, it can be a workshop map or a game map, you can do it quickly opening the console and typing "map de_mirage" to access the Mirage for example.


2. Open the console and enter the command "sv_cheats 1" or "sv_cheats true".


3. Now we need to type the command "mp_drop_knife_enable 1" in console, this command is necessary to let us drop the knives.


4. Drop your knife on the ground.


5. Finally copy and paste any of the commands that I leave below to get the knife you want!
