Description
Target of Assassination 2 ( Midnight Hunt ) : Mind Control Inc.
( 暗殺のターゲット 2 : 洗脳株式会社 )

This addon map was originally intended to be a sequel to the campaign map of " Midnight Hunt Target of Assassination " the previous installment, but production was halted and it was released as a sandbox map
It supports AI nodes and Navmesh, allowing players to freely test addons and use it for shooting videos or taking photos


Why was it canceled ?

I decided to remake the map from scratch
Since I started using 3D models and custom textures for other map projects, I thought it would be better to start fresh with the map
By rebuilding the map from scratch and incorporating custom elements, I believe there is a possibility to create a more immersive and fresh world

Map features

- Compatible with Node AI and Navmesh
- Automatic doors that open when tasks are completed
- Trap events such as lasers and contaminated water
- Thunder effects using timer functionality
- Rotating heat fans (ventilation fans) in the base factory
- Malfunction effects for the company's power plant
- Complex communication passages (unfinished)

Regarding bugs in the map

There are plans to fix any critical bugs that affect mapplay, but there are no other major issues anticipated

When will the project resume ?

Currently, I have received a large number of requests from both the real world and the community, and I plan to resume the project once those projects have been completed
In other words, it is currently undecided

Good. I was sad to see them cancel it as it was originally planned to be both a campaign and sandbox map.
But I'm glad you can play it this way as a test for the mod.　:steamthumbsup:

For being a cancelled map, this was very fun to fight combine on with stealth mod 2 and fixed version of realistic combine FEAR AI mod on.

This actually looks like a really cool map to fight on or fight horror based enemies on like Aliens or Zombies or even just armed soldiers etc. I love the cyberpunk future dystopia kinda sci fi vibes from the architecture. Very dark encouraging flashlight and nightvision use when applicable.
