"Realistic" Slower Speeds

Description
Changes the speed of most vanilla races to be somewhat more realistic. Keeps the relative speeds, humans are faster than shek, hivers are faster than humans. Skeletons now are fastest at level 1 athletics but don't get that much faster. There WILL be things you can't outrun, be sure you can handle what lives in the zones you visit.

I haven't checked how speeds are with scout legs, maybe someone wants to share their highest speeds. Feedback and suggestions are welcome, I'm not 100% sure I am happy with the speeds of everything (are hivers too fast?). But I don't promise to change anything or even check comments that often.

Permission is freely granted to make patches for custom races, if its one I use I can probably make a patch but its pretty easy to do.

The idea with skeletons was that they don't really get better at running naturally, you need to get better limbs for that. Although really they need skeleton specific limbs for that to work properly which is out of scope for this mod. I'll look into changing their speeds though.

Skeletons run speed should be slower imo. They should be more in line with vanilla speeds when compared to other races. So making them scale the same as a greenlander would make the most sense.

Sorry quick edit to below comment: Most HN Guards run in the 11-15mph range (high paladins being the fastest generally).

I really like how slow most races feels at low athletics, adds much more danger to the game.
It's actually very distinct with the other "slow movement" mods which have a much higher low while having a similar high. In those you don't feel really any progression and characters are all around the same speed. In this you feel REALLY slow at 0 athletics, and characters like hungry bandits have similar slow movement which I like.

However there is a bit of imbalance with the Skeletons. Since they have a high "low", they actually are substantially faster at 16mph than even a high tier Holy Nation Guard or Paladin, which tend to run in the 15mph range. Literally only the top unique HN characters can catch a base skeleton.

Seems a bit silly for even a starter skeleton to be able to outrun a nation who treats skeletons as their mortal enemy. I just recommend lowering down the min speed of skeletons to be closer to that of humans while maybe being still slightly higher at the min.

Great mod. Makes the world feel much more dangerous since you can't just run from everything.
