1st - Get at least 300-400 tokens. You can buy them or get about 50 and win some Blackjack games. Blackjack is the second best way to earn casino tokens. I usually hit unless I have 17 or more points. Game is very luck dependent (you don't say)so don't be afraid to cash in 25 and 75 token prize pools.

2nd - Squeeze the slot machines out of those sweet sweet tokens. From my experience, you will loose a lot of tokens fast but earn them back quickly when luck strikes. Basically set your controller on auto-turbo or set up an auto-clicker program for your confirm button (A for Xbox and Switch, X for PS controller and LMB for keyboard) and sit back while the manager of the casino weeps in the corner.

I earned 20k tokens in 6 hours or about 3300 tokens / hour so it's pretty effective. I usually set it up overnight and let the game do it's job while I catch some ZZZZs

How it works? Well, after some time, game activates it's pity system and you enter a frenzy mode where your slot machine puts out only 7s and few monster boss icons (that subtract -15 tokens). You earn about 350 tokens from each frenzy mode and it accumulates overtime.
