Anima Tree Tweaks

Description
This mod allows you to replant the Anima tree and reduces the radius and penalty for nearby structures.

Fair enough. It's not a major issue as you're still able to make progress, but a roughly 30% slowdown is a pain. If your work around will work I certainly won't complain!

@Brooker I've had a look through the defs and I don't see any setting for this. I could give the grass a stronger starting rate so the buildings bring it down to normal but removing the debuff doesn't seem to be an option. I'll keep looking though.

The mod removes the building debuff for the Meditation psyfocus bonus for the Anima tree but it doesn't remove it for the plant growth offset. So the anima grass is growing a lot slower, is it possible you could remove that debuff too?
