Freebooter Class for LWOTC

The Freebooter is a mobile harasser, meant to disrupt stalemates and break fortified enemy positions. They have a wide but shallow toolkit of techniques availalbe to open fights, ambush enemies, and destroy cover. They excel at flanking and escaping and especially dealing with overwatching enemies in full cover. This is a simple config only class mod that doesn't have custom abilities at the moment.

This mod requires the LWOTC-Beta as opposed to standard LWOTC because it implement's Tedster's version of collateral damage as opposed to the Lwotc version. Collateral_LW is similar to collateral damage but has a better targeting mechanic, adjusted damage scaling, and requires 3 ammo instead of 2.

This class started as a homebrew variant of Kiruka's Crasher class, but changed significantly over time, and is still intended for use in the Mod Jam environment. Thanks to the modders I bugged along the way to help me with balance and to answer my dumb questions, Captain Pet Rock, Rusty Dios, Tedster, and AkaIllogical.
