Recruit Chaos Dwarf Units from Convoys

This mod allows you to buy hell-forged units from chaos dwarf convoys that are passing by.
Only Chaos affiliated factions can recruit them, should work with modded factions like fimir as well.
Works similar to how ogre mercenaries work, but you can recruit 4 per army.
Recruitment cost has been increased by a smidge for non-chorf factions.

Convoys probably need to be spawned before it works, so if you enable this mod after starting the campaign, it probably won't work.

Not sure if this mod existed already, but i've had this idea since chorfs were announced, so whatever.
