If you are subscribed to a mod and connect to a server that has the same mod installed, they may conflict, so you need to sign up for it. If you don't know which mod is the problematic one, then you need to unsubscribe from all of them at once

1. Exit the game
   
   
2. Workshop => Your files => Your subscriptions => Unsubscribe from all

If that doesn't help, try deleting the mod files

1. Open the game folder: Steam Library => RMB on Unturned => "Manage" => "View local files"
   
   
2. Take 2 steps back to get to the "steamapps" folder => Open the "workshop" folder => Next "content" => Delete the "304930" folder (all installed mods)

An alternative option instead of deleting all mods: Delete only the problematic mod, to do this, go to the mod page and find out its ID (folder name).
