How to get 101%
To get 101% you must not open any chests, until you find and open the Jealous Chest, located in a secret area in Moon Garden (Black Hole area).
Check out the video below:


After you open the Jealous Chest, right before you exit the room, you will instantly obtained all the power ups from the chests you didn't open in East and West Hurtland.



Heal everybody, open the remaining chests, and you'll achieve 101%.



You can get 101% at whatever game difficulty you like.
