Tweaked Bat Animations

Description
I find it funny how tomaz made his "Tweaked Bat Animations" for the katana but never bothered to backport it back to the bat.

Also much kudos to tomaz here for sharing the source files, if only we could a see a world where crowbar can properly decompile layer_anims, that would be a dystopia right there.
