Mobilization Decisions

What does this mod do?

It provides four decisions which grants production buffs with no requirement, 50%, 100%, 250%, 1000% of choice.

Features

NO AI! Only available to player controlled nations. AI cannot benefit from these decisions.
Millennium Dawn, Kaiserreich and Old World Blues compatible.
It should be compatible with every other mod except overhaul mods which overrides decisions folder.

All the mods in the same collection are now also compatible with Kaiserreich and Old World Blues

so if OWB isnt compatible so then kaiserreich isnt either?
