Search for "Team Fortress 2 Characters Custom Animations" on the Gmod workshop.
The Marlon March animation used here is exclusive to the Scout, but with the updated Animated Prop Tool, you can use his model as a puppeteer to let any model do the animation. Certain models may need some bone adjusting and remapping in order to work properly. Good luck!
All of these models are Animated Props, and every single one of them (besides the Scout himself) has an invisible Scout model next to them that is puppeteering them, letting them mimic the animations that the Scout's model has.
There are 39 characters, and 38 of them have a puppeteer model, which equates to 77 models in total. My framerate was on the brink of death even with host_timescale set to 0.1.
