The world this game takes place in seems to be like earth. Except there are giant creatures known as Deities (The Kaiju/Giant monsters). They are powerful and huge creatures that are formed from "Energy". There appearance and abilities depend on how much Energy is absorbed, and Three Deities have formed so far. Those being Excidio, The Stone Titan and Raijin.

The energy within one of these Deities acts as Fuel for there powers. The more they use their abilities, the more Energy that is used up and drained from their bodies. And the less Energy that a Deity has, the more vulnerable that a Deity will become to Conventional Damage. Deities can also evolve to become stronger over time.

Alias: "Deity of Destruction".

Height: 100-120 Meters tall.

Energy Affinity: All.

Known Evolution: Metal Excidio.

Excidio is the First and most Destructive Deity. Feeding off of all types of Energy. Excidio can destroy entire Cities with their powerful and destructive abilities. It has been stated that Excidio is near Humans in terms of Intelligence, making them purely Evil and Malevolent rather than just Aggressive and Destructive.

Aliases: The "Deity of Fire" or "Deity of Rage"

Height: 60-70 Meters tall.

Energy Affinity: Fire.

Known Evolution: Primal Raijin.

Raijin is a Large Ape-like Deity that was first formed after Excidio burned down a large section of a Jungle. Raijin took the form of the Animals that were killed in the rampage, and has the same intelligence of a Primate. Raijin can use various Fire and Flame attacks as well as basic tools.

Alias: "Deity of Earth" or "Earth Father"

Height: 150+ Meters in Height.

Energy Affinity: Life Force and Earth.

Known Evolution: Ancient Titan.

It is not clear if the Stone Titan is an over-sized Stone Golem or a completely new Deity, although the Stone Titan is very similar in appearance to Stone Golems. The Stone Titan can Bend the Landscape and Create Life at will.

Minor Deities are created from leftover Energy after another Deity is formed or after multiple Deities have fought.

A minor deity in the game is the Stone Golem, which is a large humanoid made out of a Durable Stone-like material. Stone Golems mindlessly try and gain more Energy like Zombeis.

The A.D.U. (Anti Deity Units) is an Organization tasked with slowing Deities down so that more Civilians can evacuate. The A.D.U. has access to Military vehicles like Tanks, Rocket Trucks and Helicopters. All of which are painted red. Despite being the main enemies in the game, they are the good guys of the story.
