The audio is not a game problem, and probably not a speaker problem. if you are unsure, try opening a different app that can play audio.

The problem with the audio could be happening because you're missing a game component, yes, you've been missing a small little piece of the game that made the FMOD (the audio player) stop working.

What you're missing here is the specifically named Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable (x64).

To see if you have it, you have to:

1. Press windows+r or search for the "Run" application in the windows search bar.
   
2. Type "appwiz.cpl" and run it.
   
3. Look for Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable (x64).

If you don't have the component, then you can install it on the official microsoft site.
