Iterator Room Randomizer

Description
Randomizes the rooms iterators spawn in every cycle (configurable).

Note: must be using 1.9.15+
Ping me on the official Rain World Discord server with any issues, be sure to send any and all log files

@Alduris i think he means it when using a region randomizer wich probaly allows watcher regions to show up somehow

Updated for Watcher compatibility and added the ability for it to not randomize every cycle.

Also can we maybe get a custom menu where we can select if it should only be randomized once or only randomize in selected region plz?

can this mod get config options pls so we can customize things about the mod like if the iterators should be randomized every cycle or not or something like that?
